Love this place! Went there for the first time today and I have found my forever dental office. The staff was so kind, the dentist was great and the entire experience was simply amazing. My entire family went before me and they all told me how wonderful it was. They were 100% correct. Highly recommend.

Arrived about 5-10 min. before appointment. Was taken back to have teeth cleaned about 5 minutes after arrival. We discussed, in Network vs out of network, and the hygienist brought the office manager back to explain that the issue was resolved. The dentist came in just as the cleaning was completed. Relocated me to another room to have some enamel repairs made at the gum line. Again, all was completed expediently and professionally. Overall visit was a 10.

From the moment that I first walked in the door, I knew this was a high quality dentist office. Kimberly greeted me with a smile, then I was given a tour of the facility by Michelle. Stacey, my hygienist, took excellent care of me. She is personable, thorough and clearly loves her chosen profession. What impressed me most, beyond the friendliness of the staff, was how seamlessly they worked together as a team. Thank you for an excellent experience! I look forward to my next visit in 6 months.

I have been going to Eastgate Dental excellence for several years now. Today I switched my 12 year old daughter over, as her pediatric dentist retired. She loved the whole place. So much so, that now she wants to become a dentist. The whole staff is rainbow and butterflies. They are all so kind to the patients, and to each other. My daughter loved Dr. Yildrim, and she loved her “swifty” bracelet. 🙂 I always have a pleasant experience, even when having work done!

The care is phenomenal. From the first greeting from the front desk staff to the back office staff they made me feel comfortable with less fear. I’ve had several visits and I found my forever dental team. Dr Yikdirim thank you for making me feel comfortable and understanding my need for a beautiful smile. Yesterday was my first visit. They did multiple X-rays, then a cleaning. While doing the cleaning and X-rays, there was staff that came in to check on me multiple times. I absolutely love this place. Everyone there was smiling and happy. I could not be happier with the turn out. I have pearly whites again. Great staff, and dentists! I’ll be scheduling for next cleaning soon. So I will be going back.

I am happy to call Eastgate Dental Excellence my dentist. I had a crown that came off ( put in by another dentist). They got me in same day and took excellent care of me. Dr. Joy is so amazing at her job and I know that I am in the best hands I can be in each and every time I am seated in the chair. The hygienist are always so alert and the most professional young ladies in the business. I can't leave out the young ladies at the scheduling desk because they also make me feel like I am part of a family and I appreciate that so very much. If I could give a million star rating..I'd wish I could give them 2 million. This will definitely be my dentist for as long as they will have me.

Needed to come in for a mouth guard for my sleep apnea. Made a call and spoke with Michelle over the phone. She was the most helpful with setting everything up for me. Even laughed at my dad jokes. Came into the office and everyone there was so nice! They seem like they really have a good practice there! Heather checked my teeth and walked me through everything while I was sitting in the dentist chair. Dr Jodie came in and she is the nicest! She smiled the entire time, helped explain the process and gave her recommendations. They really cared about getting things right. What I was super impressed with was how Dr Jodi spoke with her team though. She was so sweet and professional when talking with them. It came across that she truly cares about her team and they work well together. Seems like they have a really good office dynamic and excited to be on board! Found them through my insurance providers and close location. Then looked at the reviews and that's how I connected. And they have a Facebook page that looks engaging and fun ways to see the staff. Looks like a big family.

I recently moved back to the tri state area and needed a new dentist. I could not recommend this office more! Everyone is so kind and patient and THOROUGH. If you have dental anxiety, they can accommodate you. They answered any question and/or concern I had and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking so many questions. I started wearing dentures in 2010. I don’t have any gums so, this has caused major problems. I had gotten lower implants from another dentist & they broke in half within 2weeks along with the uppers. I had trouble finding a dentist that would except my Medicare insurance. When I found Dr. Kelly and he said he could help me I was very happy but, guarded. When I received my final dentures I was so happy with the results. Dr. Kelly did exactly what he said he would do and more. This is the first time in 14 years that I’ve been able to eat without taking my dentures out to clean after every bite. They fit perfectly which has always been a problem and they look, feel and function like natural teeth. I’ve always been told by other dentists that they could only do so much since I didn’t have any gums, not Eastgate Dental. These people are so caring, considerate and respectful. I would recommend them all day long. The best dental experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Dr. Kelly and Ms. Denise, you are my heroes.

1/29/24..Only thing I can say is; everyone was WONDERFUL! You know, when you look forward going to the Dentist, they must be doing something right. Another good visit! Another good day 7/14/23, at the Dentist as before. If there were 10 Stars, I would've select it. Keep up the good work! Everyone in the office was very Friendly and Professional but that's not all. For a first time visitor, I had a tour of the Office and met a few of the employees. I felt so relax, they explained everything they were going to do. Compare to other dental offices I've been as a patient I felt kind of distant and just another body. Here at Eastgate Dental you feel welcome.

I get my dental cleaning at Eastgate Dental Excellence every 6 months, and they are just a great place to go to for a thorough cleaning! My hygienist was very thorough, careful, thoughtful, very kind, and professional. She made me feel comfortable! She used some power tools and implements for the cleaning and was always making sure I was OK! My teeth feel so smooth, they look so white! She also checked my medical chart and reviewed my patient information, and refreshed the chart online to make sure my meds and allergies were updated. The dentist, Jody Yildirim, is always so professional, so kind, very knowledgeable! Doctor Jody Yildirim also did my invisiline and filed my teeth to perfection 👌 👍 🥰 she walked me thru the whole process of all my invisiline transformation. It took me about one year and a half to be done. The whole team was super supportive, friendly, and professional 👏 Doctor Jody Yildirim also did work on a small cavity, and I couldn't even see where it was done because it looks the same as the rest of my teeth, and no pain during procedure, only a little when she injected the numbing anesthetic under my chic. Visits re “filling” dental work: during procedure, staff always checking to see that u r comfortable/feeling ok…I greatly appreciate that! They r always reassuring you. They r fastidious when doing a procedure. Friendly! (I never give a 5 to anyone; so, I do a 4.5 here.) April 2023 Hygienist recent visit: in-depth cleaning which I need as an older person/excellent! She actually “re-cleaned” areas during my visit. Routine visit once again: hygienist was thorough; friendly; professional. Admin staff = friendly/helpful.

I am petrified of the dentist. The staff was very understanding and helped me come up with a plan to take care of my dental care. I highly recommended them for your dental needs. I had something stuck between my teeth and j could not get it out for the life of me. I called them when I was in Florida and they fit me into their schedule and fixed my problem. I love all the dentists and everyone in their support staff from the dental hygienists to their billing department. I highly recommend Eastgate Dental Excellence. They are the best.

I'm very jittery about sitting in a dentist chair. I dread feeling that "zing" when a sensitive place is being cleaned. I have not had that experience here because they are patient and careful, while providing excellent dental service! Every person here is professional and kind. Jess has been absolutely amazing, she cares about her patients remembers small details about their lives and creates an individualized plan that suits the patient. I do my absolute best to only have Jess work on my teeth. with that being said I've really liked everybody that has worked on my teeth. I have never been upsold nor felt pressured into anything. My hygienist Tia does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I absolutely love my dentist Dr yildrum.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental visit. Paperwork was available ahead of time. They thanked me for doing it ahead of time. Jackie greeted me kindly and gave me a tour. Her intake questions and listening skills were top notch. I was then introduced to Jennifer who would be my hygienist, and Dr. Yildirim. Both incredibly attentive, thoughtful and professional. I have been to several dentist over my lifetime and this office is by far the best. Dr. Yildirim is and her entire staff are very very thorough, professional, kind, and absolutely hilarious jokesters. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and I LOVE this office and their staff. My husband started going here when we lived in Loveland, so I started going as well since it was closer to home. Even after we got a house in Morrow, I still choose to drive all the way to this location. I haven’t met a single staff member who wasn’t kind, I actually ran a little late for my appointment today (fault of my own) and they were incredibly nice enough to still care for me. I always hated going to the dentist, but this office has changed my mind entirely. I highly, highly recommend coming here! I’ve always felt comfortable and entirely cared for every single visit, there’s a reason they have such amazing reviews!

I highly recommend! I haven't visited a dentist in 10+ years and have "dentist anxiety." The staff and Dr. Kelly made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All financial questions were answered promptly. I had a very mild procedure and it was done promptly and pain free. Very glad I am now an established patient here!

We always love our visits with Dr. Dan Kelley and his staff. They do a wonderful job with our preventative care. We feel like Dr.Kelley is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and very skilled at what he does. I have had several crowns recently and can not believe how smooth his touch is and how easy it was with all the state of the art equipment they have invested in. First independently found Dentist for me since finishing college and moving away from home. This place is amazing and the staff has been wonderful everytime. Was a little nervous for my initial appointment but staff gave me a perfect walkthrough and introduction. Maybe a little awkward but easy and informative! Since then the team has treated any concern I’ve had and especially as of recent. Bite guard was causing some issues but whoever helped me today worked everything out and even educated me on unrelated jaw issues I was having. Thank you!

I found them with a quick Google search when I needed some urgent dental care. They were able to get me in within a few a days! They gave me the price for an initial visit before I went in, which was helpful since I don't have insurance. I was treated very professionally yet very kind to have my issues addressed. I would recommend a visit to anyone!

Dr. Kelly and Jessica truly gave me their best during my crown removal appointment. They were caring and gentle. I was given a soft blanket to make me as comfortable as possible. Throughout the crown removal process they both asked if I needed a break and how I was doing. They preformed their job so efficiently and carefully. I felt I was in such capable and skillful hands. I just had my wellness check with Lori and she was awesome. This staff is super friendly, they treat you like family. I love the fact they get to know you individually and they remember you on a first name basis. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed and they are very inviting. I liked the staff and care I received when I was there. However I ended up moving to Columbus and I was willing to still make the 2 hour drive down there for my visits. I had to cancel my appointment twice due to no fault of my own. ( yes the second time I could have gave a little more notice than the day of) but I did leave a voicemail and ended up calling them back a few days after from no response from voicemail and was told I wasn’t allowed to come back due to canceling multiple times. Which I was just in shock because it wasn’t like I canceled every chance I got. People go through harder times and I did give some notice. I just thought it was very unfair and I was very disappointed with the people on the front desk end

My four kids and I have been using this dentist office for about a decade now, and we have always been pleased by the quality of service, the excellent care, the transparency of costs, and the pleasantness of the staff. I have been an Eastgate Dental Excellence customer for about 4 years. They have provided many services for myself and my mom, who doesn't drive anymore so I bring her. The staff are great about helping me take care of myself and my mom, who doesn't always understand what's happening. I am right now in the final stages of an implant. Everyone is so cool about explaining what is happening for all the procedures, so I can not feel so afraid. And as an added bonus, they tell you when you are doing a good job with your dental hygiene, not just giving the same old lecture. It's encouraging and refreshing!

They are great at staying on schedule, so you never sit in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. All staff are knowledgeable about their field, whether that be insurance verification or oral hygiene and products. There is nothing but open communication, so you leave there with knowing exactly what your health level is, how to improve, and what to expect. I have been a patient of theirs for 2 years nows at least and had nothing but positive and professional experiences.

Who would think of giving a 5 star review to a dental office? The fact that I did should tell you that this is the place to go if you need dental work. I've been going there for several years just for checkups. But now I've had to get a few crowns due to cracks in old fillings. Dr. Yildrum has been terrific and the techs I've had (Savannah and Jessica) are top notch. They do all they can to make you as comfortable as possible and that you are happy with the results of the work.

Always enjoy the experience of Eastgate Dental. Yesterday I had a dental emergency after hours on a holiday weekend. After attempting my own temporary solution, Dr. Yildirim, called to check the situation. Because it had worsened instead of improved, she met me in the office for a permanent solution. I was not expecting that commitment especially on a holiday weekend. I'm grateful in everyday for her professionalism, expertise and overall concern for the health of my teeth.

Today was my almost 2 year old son's first visit to the dentist. Jennifer, our hygienist, was absolutely amazing with him! He can be a bit uncooperative and Jennifer was very patient, showed him how things worked, read him a book and gained his trust to let her look at his teeth! Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing! The best dental office around!

Eastgate Dental Excellence truly lives up to its name. This was likely the most skilled dental professionals I was ever taken care by. General check, X-rays and teeth cleaning by DJ were as thorough as they could be, always with the highest professionalism and in the best environment. Dental impressions with Susana were incredibly easy and she made me very comfortable. Finally, Dr. Yildirim is the paradigm of professionalism, experience and skill. I am moving away from Cincinnati but would consider flying back for my dental work. This is how AMAZING they are.

I was very anxious, my dentist of 30 yrs retired in December 2021 and I was still looking for a replacement. I'm what you could call a "chicken" when it comes to the dentist, those metal instruments freak me out! Was seriously considering a sedation clinic but I broke a tooth and Eastgate offered some later appts to accommodate my work schedule, had good reviews and sedation if necessary. They got me in the next day, made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and most importantly went slow with no pain. I was very satisfied and they are my new dentist!

I am always so scared of the dentist, however, these guys are great. This is the best dentist I have ever gone to. Every one of their staff members here is so kind and so great with all the patients. They really know how to make everyone feel right at home and very good at explaining things to you. I would recommend this dentist to everyone and would like to thank them for being so amazing. I will definitely keep using this dentist.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease when I was running a few minutes late for my first visit with this dental office. They were very understanding and still took the time to give me a complete exam, even so far as to welcome me into their office with a glass of ice water (it was a very hot day!). I fully recommend Eastgate Dental for all members of your family - you will not regret it!!

My hygienist Heather is awesome and leads me through my treatments with true professionalism and compassion. Dr Kelly has done all my work and I can say I have never had any pain during or after my treatments. The amazing part is I dont even have the injection site pain the next day from the novacain shots!! Thanks team!!

Eastgate Dental Excellence went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the long procedure of replacing my crown. They were even aware that there was a gap between my molars so managed to fill the gap in with the new crown. The dentist and her assistant made it a pleasant experience. Loved their “excellence!”

I have always been scared of going to the dentist, but I have never had a bad experience with the dental hygienists or dentists here. They have made me feel more comfortable when I've been anxious and have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. There has been one occasion where my appointment time was mishandled but the staff was quick to correct the issue and was able to keep my appointment so that I wouldn't have to miss work. These guys are amazing!

The staff listened very carefully and was completely understanding of my requests that made my visit very comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and thorough in explaining what they are doing and areas of concern. They treat you with respect and the care that makes you feel like a part of the family.
