I had the best experiences. From the time I walk in the door, until the time I leave. Everyone is so friendly, and very informative, and also makes me feel very comfortable while I’m in the office. Jessica and Dr. Kelley were so great to me, and did an amazing job. I’m so glad I found a dentist/office that I enjoy coming to.

I get my dental cleaning at Eastgate Dental Excellence every 6 months, and they are just a great place to go to for a thorough cleaning! My hygienist was very thorough, careful, thoughtful, very kind, and professional. She made me feel comfortable! She used some power tools and implements for the cleaning and was always making sure I was OK! My teeth feel so smooth, they look so white! She also checked my medical chart and reviewed my patient information, and refreshed the chart online to make sure my meds and allergies were updated. The dentist, Jody Yildirim, is always so professional, so kind, very knowledgeable! Doctor Jody Yildirim also did my invisiline and filed my teeth to perfection 👌 👍 🥰 she walked me thru the whole process of all my invisiline transformation. It took me about one year and a half to be done. The whole team was super supportive, friendly, and professional 👏 Doctor Jody Yildirim also did work on a small cavity, and I couldn't even see where it was done because it looks the same as the rest of my teeth, and no pain during procedure, only a little when she injected the numbing anesthetic under my chic. I have super high anxiety especially about dental work and everyone there was very understanding and did everything they could to ease my stress from the beginning. I am petrified of the dentist. The staff was very understanding and helped me come up with a plan to take care of my dental care. I highly recommended them for your dental needs. I had something stuck between my teeth and j could not get it out for the life of me. I called them when I was in Florida and they fit me into their schedule and fixed my problem. I love all the dentists and everyone in their support staff from the dental hygienists to their billing department. I highly recommend Eastgate Dental Excellence. They are the best.

I'm very jittery about sitting in a dentist chair. I dread feeling that "zing" when a sensitive place is being cleaned. I have not had that experience here because they are patient and careful, while providing excellent dental service! Every person here is professional and kind. Jess has been absolutely amazing, she cares about her patients remembers small details about their lives and creates an individualized plan that suits the patient. I do my absolute best to only have Jess work on my teeth. with that being said I've really liked everybody that has worked on my teeth. I have never been upsold nor felt pressured into anything. My hygienist Tia does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I absolutely love my dentist Dr yildrum.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental visit. Paperwork was available ahead of time. They thanked me for doing it ahead of time. Jackie greeted me kindly and gave me a tour. Her intake questions and listening skills were top notch. I was then introduced to Jennifer who would be my hygienist, and Dr. Yildirim. Both incredibly attentive, thoughtful and professional. Jennifer did a phenomenal job explaining the entire visit, from the overall goal, down to the details of what she was doing in each phase of the process. Dr. Yildirim continued to support the experience with a thorough overview of my dental situation and helped me feel at ease and understand what I should do next. Aside from my experience, it was an outstanding display of culture across the board. Team members spoke to each other with care and respect, and went out of their way to thank and appreciate each other. I have been to several dentist over my lifetime and this office is by far the best. Dr. Yildirim is and her entire staff are very very thorough, professional, kind, and absolutely hilarious jokesters. The office is clean, everyone seemed as though they enjoy their jobs and their time being there ( even though it is still work ). It just felt like they were family. My family has had nothing but positive experiences at Eastgate Dental Excellence. I am so happy we switched to them a few years ago. The entire staff is so friendly and willing to help in any way possible. My son had to have pretty extensive work done. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and I LOVE this office and their staff. My husband started going here when we lived in Loveland, so I started going as well since it was closer to home. Even after we got a house in Morrow, I still choose to drive all the way to this location. I haven’t met a single staff member who wasn’t kind, I actually ran a little late for my appointment today (fault of my own) and they were incredibly nice enough to still care for me. I always hated going to the dentist, but this office has changed my mind entirely. I highly, highly recommend coming here! I’ve always felt comfortable and entirely cared for every single visit, there’s a reason they have such amazing reviews!

I highly recommend! I haven't visited a dentist in 10+ years and have "dentist anxiety." The staff and Dr. Kelly made me feel very comfortable and at ease. All financial questions were answered promptly. I had a very mild procedure and it was done promptly and pain free. Very glad I am now an established patient here!

We always love our visits with Dr. Dan Kelley and his staff. They do a wonderful job with our preventative care. We feel like Dr.Kelley is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and very skilled at what he does. I have had several crowns recently and can not believe how smooth his touch is and how easy it was with all the state of the art equipment they have invested in. First independently found Dentist for me since finishing college and moving away from home. This place is amazing and the staff has been wonderful everytime. Was a little nervous for my initial appointment but staff gave me a perfect walkthrough and introduction. Maybe a little awkward but easy and informative! Since then the team has treated any concern I’ve had and especially as of recent. Bite guard was causing some issues but whoever helped me today worked everything out and even educated me on unrelated jaw issues I was having. Thank you!

And still say they are great I was in for an emergency tooth extraction, they got me in very quickly I was so nervous 😬 it went very well. I found them with a quick Google search when I needed some urgent dental care. They were able to get me in within a few a days! They gave me the price for an initial visit before I went in, which was helpful since I don't have insurance. I was treated very professionally yet very kind to have my issues addressed. Dr. Kelly and Jessica truly gave me their best during my crown removal appointment. They were caring and gentle. I was given a soft blanket to make me as comfortable as possible. Throughout the crown removal process they both asked if I needed a break and how I was doing. They preformed their job so efficiently and carefully. I felt I was in such capable and skillful hands. I just had my wellness check with Lori and she was awesome. This staff is super friendly, they treat you like family. I love the fact they get to know you individually and they remember you on a first name basis. The moment you walk in you feel welcomed and they are very inviting. I liked the staff and care I received when I was there. However I ended up moving to Columbus and I was willing to still make the 2 hour drive down there for my visits. I had to cancel my appointment twice due to no fault of my own. ( yes the second time I could have gave a little more notice than the day of) but I did leave a voicemail and ended up calling them back a few days after from no response from voicemail and was told I wasn’t allowed to come back due to canceling multiple times. Which I was just in shock because it wasn’t like I canceled every chance I got. People go through harder times and I did give some notice. I just thought it was very unfair and I was very disappointed with the people on the front desk end

I have been an Eastgate Dental Excellence customer for about 4 years. They have provided many services for myself and my mom, who doesn't drive anymore so I bring her. The staff are great about helping me take care of myself and my mom, who doesn't always understand what's happening. I am right now in the final stages of an implant. Everyone is so cool about explaining what is happening for all the procedures, so I can not feel so afraid. And as an added bonus, they tell you when you are doing a good job with your dental hygiene, not just giving the same old lecture. It's encouraging and refreshing!

They are great at staying on schedule, so you never sit in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. All staff are knowledgeable about their field, whether that be insurance verification or oral hygiene and products. There is nothing but open communication, so you leave there with knowing exactly what your health level is, how to improve, and what to expect. I have been a patient of theirs for 2 years nows at least and had nothing but positive and professional experiences.

Who would think of giving a 5 star review to a dental office? The fact that I did should tell you that this is the place to go if you need dental work. I've been going there for several years just for checkups. But now I've had to get a few crowns due to cracks in old fillings. Dr. Yildrum has been terrific and the techs I've had (Savannah and Jessica) are top notch. They do all they can to make you as comfortable as possible and that you are happy with the results of the work.

Always enjoy the experience of Eastgate Dental. Yesterday I had a dental emergency after hours on a holiday weekend. After attempting my own temporary solution, Dr. Yildirim, called to check the situation. Because it had worsened instead of improved, she met me in the office for a permanent solution. I was not expecting that commitment especially on a holiday weekend. I'm grateful in everyday for her professionalism, expertise and overall concern for the health of my teeth.

Today was my almost 2 year old son's first visit to the dentist. Jennifer, our hygienist, was absolutely amazing with him! He can be a bit uncooperative and Jennifer was very patient, showed him how things worked, read him a book and gained his trust to let her look at his teeth! General check, X-rays and teeth cleaning by DJ were as thorough as they could be, always with the highest professionalism and in the best environment. Dental impressions with Susana were incredibly easy and she made me very comfortable. Finally, Dr. Yildirim is the paradigm of professionalism, experience and skill. I am moving away from Cincinnati but would consider flying back for my dental work. This is how AMAZING they are.

I was very anxious, my dentist of 30 yrs retired in December 2021 and I was still looking for a replacement. I'm what you could call a "chicken" when it comes to the dentist, those metal instruments freak me out! Was seriously considering a sedation clinic but I broke a tooth and Eastgate offered some later appts to accommodate my work schedule, had good reviews and sedation if necessary. They got me in the next day, made me feel very comfortable, explained everything and most importantly went slow with no pain. I was very satisfied and they are my new dentist!

Eastgate Dental Excellence went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the long procedure of replacing my crown. They were even aware that there was a gap between my molars so managed to fill the gap in with the new crown. The dentist and her assistant made it a pleasant experience. Loved their “excellence!”

I have always been scared of going to the dentist, but I have never had a bad experience with the dental hygienists or dentists here. They have made me feel more comfortable when I've been anxious and have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. There has been one occasion where my appointment time was mishandled but the staff was quick to correct the issue and was able to keep my appointment so that I wouldn't have to miss work. These guys are amazing!

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, the cordial and compassionate staff, the modern technology that is used, and the overall appearance and cleanliness and location of your facility. I have had negative experiences with Dentists in the past and I will likely have to have more fillings because of their work. I *was* deeply concerned that the damage incurred from past work would lead to me having major dental work or even dentures at an early age, but the gumline work that your staff did during my last visit has greatly alleiviated those concerns. I had 5 fillings and each of them is smooth to the touch with no noticable transition points. Beautiful work! The color of the fillings matches the color of my teeth, which seems small, but the silver paste fillings that I had previously along my gumlines made me a little self-conscious. The mesh of my teeth after a molar crevace filling seemed a little high while leaving the office last time, but everything seems great now and I don't notice any meshing issues. My teeth were a little sore to chew with for a couple of weeks after the last visit, but I found that to be reasonable considering the amount and depth of drilling done. I know this was from the trauma of the drilling and not anything that was done or that could have been avoided. That short-lived discomfort was well worth the final results. I really liked the way the patient forms were available to fill out online before my first appointment. It was convenient and I'm sure it helps reduce your overhead by having the oatient essentially enter it into your system rather than bogging your office people dow with that. That's another nice, modern touch to the way you do business. I really could not be happier and cannot say enough good things about the work your people do. I have since referred a few coworkers and family members to your practice and I'm sure they will be as impressed as I am. I would review on Google, but I don't like advertising the places that I frequent. My only critique, and a small, easily remedied one, would be that the shaded glasses could use more frequent cleaning. Those are a nice touch to reduce splashing and light in the eyes, but spittle dots from previous patients were eveident on the lenses. I had a small irritated contact point on the bridge of my nose, I think, from the transfer of other people's skin oils from the glasses. Love your work, thanks! Matt Fischer p.s. My appointment started exactly 'on time'. I was greeted by and served by my dental hygienist Heather, who was wonderful. She was extremely patient and accommodating. She will be my new "request" for upcoming appointments. My dentist, Dr. Kelley is the very best! He is everything that a great dentist should be. He cares about his patient, their concerns and issues, not the 'clock'. He loves what he does, and it is obvious. Eastgate Dental Excellence is #1!

I switched from a dentist that was so worried about getting money and not doing teeth the right away- I was so nervous about switching dental office because I went to my old one for years... but I’m so happy I did. They have the most wonder staff and Dental Hygienist! If I could put 10 stars I would. I just got a root canal done and 10/10 amazing. I got a tooth fixed from chipping it and both the Drs. We so Precise about every little detail and I left out both times happier than when I walked it! 10000/10 recommend this dental office!

I went here based on location after my insurance was no longer accepted at my typical dentist. This location was efficient but when it came to schedule filling I was overcharged and the expectations were not clear. Not my choice in dentists but have to go back now that I have a credit from my over payment.

Dr Kelley is amazing. He always has a smile on his face and treats you with care and compassion. The staff, from the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, the dental assistants, (esp. Hannah who makes me feel good no matter how my day is going) all truly care about the patients and perform their jobs in a friendly and professional manner. They are efficient and take Covid restrictions seriously. I couldn’t ask for a better dental team.

I absolutely love Eastgate Dental Excellence. As a musician, having healthy teeth is important and I appreciate all of their time and care that goes into each appointment. The staff is also very understanding in regards to having a bit of anxiety when having dental work done. I used to hate the dentist until I found this establishment. I would highly recommend! Every person I’ve spoken to here is incredibly kind.

OMGosh! Where have you been hiding this hygienist? Tia was her name. I had the BEST dental cleaning experience that I have had in a while! From start to finish, it was simply AMAZING! I feel like a new person. You know that wonderful feeling you have after a great massage! That’s how I felt today! This girl Rocked!

I'm always impressed with Dr. Kelley and the staff. I'm currently 6 weeks out from being done with my Invisalign, and I'm thoroughly impressed so far with my results and the level of care I have received from everyone in the office. Dr. Kelley and Hannah have been primarily working with me, and I never feel like I have unanswered questions. They are so kind and take the time to go over everything with me. I also bring my son with me and he gets his teeth cleaned with Lori. He is almost 3 years old with a speech delay. I cannot say enough good things about Lori. She is newer to the office, and I'm so happy she chose to work here. She really connected with my son and he loved playing with her. I'm glad that my son is seeing the dentist as a positive experience.

I had to come in for an emergency extraction and they scheduled me in even though they were quite busy. They found the cause of my pain and made sure the pain was gone before I left the office! Dr. Kelley and Dr. Vaughn both made sure I was taken care of with the help of Linda. Dr. Vaughn did a beautiful extraction without any issues and talked me through it the whole time. These are people who love helping others!!! I’m beyond grateful for finding Eastgate Dental Excellence and would recommend them to EVERYONE!! ❤️

As a first time patient at Eastgate Dental Excellence Im very pleased with my dental care service I received. When I called to make a new patient appointment, I was greeted with a smile over the phone by Linda and Ashlee, both of the ladies you could tell loved there job and was very pleasant. Ashlee was able to get me in that day, I was thankful bc they helped and found out my tooth issue. The whole office staff was very professional and the office was very clean. My dental hygienist Heather was very sweet and very knowledgeable also along with Dr. Kelley. Today was my second appointment with them for treatment which I was very nervous bc I needed a crown and I have to say I’m very pleased again with the staff. At the front they greeted me very pleasantly and Lina my dental assistant was very knowledgeable and explained again what was going on today. Dr. Kelley is a great Dentist. I highly recommend him to everyone. He is very gentle and kept making sure I was doing ok through my dental treatment. I wish I would of found Eastgate Dental Excellence sooner and that I could give them higher than a 5 star.

From the moment I arrived, I received an excellent impression of the workplace and the staff that works there. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly and the wait time for my consultation was short. Once I was in the dental chair, my Hygienist, April, and the dentist, Dr. Kelley, took great care of me and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The Office staff was very professional and seemed to be enjoying their work as everyone was smiling. The office and the environment was very clean and well organized. There was great team energy which truly shows how well the staff works together. Dr. Kelley was very personable and professional making my small amount of anxiety melt away. Everyone at the office showcased great patience with me even though I didn't speak much English. I am a business professional in the Clermont county area and I am happy to give kudos to the absolutely lovely professionals at this office. From scheduling the appointment with Michelle, to being shown around and given an overview by Jackie it was such a pleasant experience to interact with them. It got even better when it came time to be seen by Catie she was so personable and thorough . Dr. Kelley was awesome- he explained my situation and where we go from here. I never felt rushed and I really felt that I was valued. From beginning to end this team has down what a dental experience should be. I would give 10 stars if possible. Keep up the good work.
