Two adult cleanings, exams, fluoride, and x-rays traditionally cost $727 per year. With our plan a single adult could save up to $352 yearly on just preventative appointments. There is no maximum or waiting period. This ends up being about a 50% savings on preventative care.

The annual fee is due in full at the time of sign up for each plan.
